Joshua

A farmer from the Sparvis T5K society. One night he was working out in the fields, and discovered a strange craterous altar centered around a mysterious rock. He was confused because someone had built it on top of his workspace, and got closer to investigate, but when he touched the rock, he began to think differently. He could see color, have an opinion, and suddenly became very afraid. He had become infected with conflict.

Harry

A criminal investigator from the Sparvis T5K society. DNA Edit is not a perfect system. You may not change the DNA of a living being made up of more than 256 cells, and if a mutagen occurs after that time, there is a chance that the developing embryo becomes infected with conflict. It is a criminal investigator's job to find and eliminate such conflict via eradication of the infected. Unfortunately, conflict is difficult to detect in young children. It does not become easilly noticeable until the age of 8, but in Harry's case, it does not get noticed at all.

Deric

A criminal and largely known carrier of conflict. He is the longest running criminal in the sparvis T5K society due to his well developed cognitive motor skills and pragmatic thinking. He used to be Harry's criminal investigation partner, but one day got bored of their legal system of chastisement, and started punishing criminals his own way. When he gets older and realizes he won't be able to keep his way of life much longer, he has to teach someone else to take up his role, and what a better candidate than the recently infected Joshua?
